For the safety of our patients and staff, beginning June 22, we will no longer be accepting walk-ins for all laboratory and blood draw services. It’s our goal to continue to find ways to provide the safest, and highest-quality of care possible, and scheduled lab appointments are another way we’re working to accomplish this.
By requiring scheduled appointments, we will be able to reduce the number of patients in our waiting area, allowing for increased physical distancing, as well as decrease your wait time in our offices. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation as we implement this change.
Patients will also be able to utilize MyBMGChart pre-check-in for lab appointments, as well as our lobby kiosks located at 325 Essjay, Williamsville & 3900 N. Buffalo Road, Orchard Park. For your privacy and convenience, all test results are electronically transmitted from our laboratory computer system seamlessly into our electronic medical records and shared with patients through MyBMGChart. Not only does this reduce turnaround times, giving our physicians immediate access to laboratory test results, it gives you quicker diagnoses and faster access to the right treatment.
